What are Petme credits?▾
A Petme credit is a code your employees redeem inside the Petme app. The amount lands in their Petme wallet and they spend it on any booking: pet sitting, dog walking, boarding, or drop-in visits. The credit works exactly like the cashback Petme already issues to pet owners on the platform, just funded by your company instead.
How are codes distributed to employees?▾
After purchase we send you a list of single-use codes. You share them however you want: email, Slack, your benefits portal, a one-time welcome message for new hires. Each code is tied to one employee account on first redemption and cannot be transferred or resold.
What can employees spend the credit on?▾
Any booking in the Petme app: in-home pet sitting, dog walking, dog boarding, doggy daycare, and drop-in visits. Sitters set their own rates and Petme adds 0% in fees for the pet owner, so the full credit value reaches the booking. Available wherever Petme operates today: Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, plus a growing list of additional markets.
Is there a minimum order or contract?▾
There is no long-term contract. Pricing scales with the volume of credit you purchase: a small batch for a pilot, a recurring monthly stipend, or a year-long program for thousands of employees. Talk to us about your team size and we will share a quote.
