After the stay is over and the booking has been confirmed complete on both sides. Once Petme closes out the booking, your wallet is credited automatically. No claim form, no waiting period, no email back-and-forth.

Does cashback expire?▾
Cashback stays in your wallet for use on future Petme bookings. If you stop using Petme for a long stretch, inactive balances may eventually be cleared, but for active pet owners booking regularly there’s nothing to worry about. The current rules for inactive balances live in the Terms of Service.
Does cashback apply to every booking?▾
Yes. Every completed booking on Petme earns cashback. That includes short drop-in visits, daycare days, dog walks, and multi-week boarding stays. As long as the booking closes successfully, the credit lands in your wallet.
