Sitting, Training, Loving!

Hi, I’m Amber! I’m an experienced pet sitter and lifelong animal lover, and I’m really happy to be getting back into pet sitting after some time away. After building a lovely little community of repeat clients in Norwich, I had to take a break from pet sitting while I focused on my health. I’m now really excited to slowly get back to doing something I love and welcoming some new furry faces while continuing with treatment closer to home. I come from a huge animal-loving family, so I’ve always been surrounded by pets. We currently have six dogs, four horses, and nine chickens, and I’ve previously owned and cared for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish and hamsters too. My own dog Danti has been with me since I was 11, and caring for him taught me so much about responsible ownership, training and understanding a dog’s individual personality. I’ve trained him in obedience, agility and musical freestyle, and I love finding ways to keep dogs engaged and having fun! I also trained my Labrador Shep in assistance-dog work, giving me experience with structured training, focus, task work and adapting training to an individual dog. Unfortunately he has since passed away, but we had so much fun learning together. I’ve always loved getting to know animals as individuals with their own personalities. Whether your dog wants a quiet afternoon of cuddles, some enrichment, a little training or simply someone to keep them company, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and love!
