Three steps. You set your services, your rates and when you are free. Every interaction goes through the app: chat, requests, payments and support in one place.

    Download the Petme app, add photos, the services you offer and the areas you cover. Your profile becomes visible to owners in your city.

  2. Receive requests from owners

    Owners message you through chat. You arrange a free meet-and-greet and the terms. You decide which requests to accept and when you are available.

  3. Care for pets and get paid

    You keep up to 90% of each booking. Payment comes securely through the app, and the Petme Protection Plan can contribute up to €20,000 toward eligible vet costs.

How much do cat sitters earn in Bulgaria?
A single drop-in visit pays €5-13 (BGN 10-25), and two or more cats in one home sit at the top of that band. House sitting at the owner’s home pays €20-42 (BGN 39-82) per night. With Petme you keep up to 90% of every booking.
How is cat care different from dog care?
Cats are attached to their territory, so most care is drop-in visits or house sitting at the owner’s home rather than boarding. The work is feeding, cleaning the litter tray, fresh water, play and a health check, usually once or twice a day.
Do I need experience with cats?
It helps to have experience with cats, even your own, and to understand their behaviour. Describe your experience in your profile, and the free meet-and-greet before the first booking builds trust and clarifies the cat’s routine.
Do I set my own schedule and areas?
Yes. You choose when you are free, which neighbourhoods you cover and which requests you accept. Cat care is flexible and is often less demanding than dog walking.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment goes securely through the app once care starts, never in cash. You keep up to 90% of the amount on every completed booking.
What happens if the cat has a health problem?
The Protection Plan can contribute up to €20,000 toward eligible vet costs for an unexpected incident. You contact the owner and a vet if needed, and round-the-clock Bulgarian-language support is there to help.
