About doggy daycare in Olomouc

Olomouc, the historic capital of Haná and home to the UNESCO-listed Holy Trinity Column, is one of the most pet-friendly university towns in the Czech Republic. The chain of central parks (Smetanovy, Čechovy, Bezručovy) loops around the medieval core and gives dogs an uninterrupted green corridor right in the city centre. The Morava and Bystřice riverbanks offer longer walks just minutes from the main square.

Petme connects you with verified sitters across Olomouc. From the elegant Centrum and Nová Ulice through the student-heavy Neředín near the university dorms to the family neighbourhoods of Holice and Slavonín, a trusted sitter is always close by. The Protection Plan can contribute up to €20,000 toward eligible vet costs.

Thanks to the city's two universities, Olomouc has a deep pool of pet-loving students who make ideal flexible sitters. Whether you need an evening drop-in while you sit in a café on Horní náměstí, a full weekend boarding while you visit family in Brno, or a daily walk up to Svatý Kopeček, Petme has the right sitter for your pet in the Hanakian capital.

A full daycare day in Olomouc costs 400-650 CZK. Half-day rates run 260-455 CZK. Recurring weekday bookings often come with a small discount.
What does a daycare day look like?
Drop-off in the morning, a walk, supervised play with the sitter's family and any compatible dogs, lunch, a nap, an afternoon walk, then pickup. A midday photo arrives in chat.
Is the daycare a kennel?
No. Every Petme daycare is a real home. Sitters host a small number of dogs at a time, so your dog gets attention, not a kennel run.
Can I drop off every weekday?
Yes. Recurring weekday daycare is the most common Petme daycare booking. Once you find a sitter you trust, set a weekly schedule.

Yes. Every sitter passes ID and background checks. The Protection Plan can contribute up to €20,000 toward eligible vet costs.
