Yes. Every sitter on Petme goes through a verification process before they can accept bookings. We check identity, review their profile, and require them to agree to our pet care standards.

The Petme Protection Plan can contribute up to €20,000 toward eligible vet costs for unexpected accidents or illnesses that occur while your cat is in a sitter's care.

Absolutely. We encourage a meet-and-greet before any first booking so your cat can get comfortable with their new sitter. You can arrange this directly through the Petme app.

Many of our sitters are experienced with administering medication. You can specify medication needs in your booking request, and only sitters comfortable with those requirements will accept.
