I’m lucky enough to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, and I know they're so much more than pets—they're family. Caring for dogs comes naturally to me, and I genuinely love spending time with them, whether it's enjoying a long walk, playing, or simply keeping them company. I'm comfortable looking after dogs of all ages, from lively puppies who need lots of patience and encouragement to senior dogs who deserve a gentler pace and extra care. I've had the joy of raising and caring for dogs throughout every stage of their lives. I raised my Golden Retriever and my Cavachon from puppies, giving me hands-on experience with everything from toilet training and basic obedience to establishing daily routines, feeding, exercise, and plenty of playtime and affection. My Golden Retriever has since sadly passed away, but caring for her in her senior years taught me so much about patience, compassion, and adapting to the changing needs of an older dog. I understand the extra attention, gentle care, and slower pace that senior dogs often need, and I'm committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'm confident walking both small and large dogs and tailoring each walk to suit their individual needs, energy levels, and personality. Both my dogs had different walking preferences which alllowed me to gain experience in both a fast paced walk and relaxing stroll. Whether your dog enjoys an energetic adventure or a gentle stroll, I'll make sure they have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience. Millie, in her old age, required lots of regular medication which I learned to administer on a daily basis. I also have experience in nappy changing for senior dogs. Coco, the cavachon, has also had some reactivity issues with other certain breeds which I have learned to deal with while interacting with dogs both on and off leash. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or enjoying their golden years, I'll care for them as if they were my own. My goal is to give every dog the love, attention, and care they deserve, so you can have complete peace of mind while they're with me.
