I have over 3 years of professional experience working with animals through my time at PetSmart, where I progressed into a Process Lead role. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, and I’m comfortable working with both energetic and more nervous or shy pets. My experience goes beyond dogs and cats—I’ve also worked with birds, reptiles, frogs, turtles, and other small/exotic animals. I have hands-on experience caring for puppies and kittens, including socializing kittens in an adoption center and helping them become more comfortable around people. I’m Cat & Dog CPR certified and have experience with animal care, feeding, cleaning, safety and sanitation, handling, customer service, and recognizing when an animal may need extra patience or attention. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always do my best to follow their normal schedule and make them feel safe and comfortable. I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals. When caring for your pet, I’m happy to provide plenty of pictures and updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away!
