Animals purrs produces dopamine to humans.

I am very good with animals, and I can easily adapt to the owner's preferences. I can understand how leaving your animal under someone's else supervision is stressful. I am okay with long lists and specific/habits that you may want me to respect. (Additionally, I am very experienced with cats who only give you attention when they are hungry. I do not get offended by it.)
