My Experience with Dogs 🐾 I have been around and caring for dogs for almost my entire life. My experience started when I was just 6 years old, when I began walking my neighbours’ dogs, a Schnauzer and a Collie. At 7 years old, I got my first dog, an American Cocker Spaniel, and from then on dogs became an even bigger part of my everyday life. I also regularly walked and cared for my family’s dogs, including a Newfoundland who belonged to one of my grandmothers and a German Shepherd who belonged to my other grandmother. When I was 19, I got another dog of my own, a Beagle, which gave me even more experience with an energetic and curious breed. Over the years, I’ve had experience with dogs of very different sizes, personalities and energy levels, from small, playful dogs to large and strong breeds. I’m comfortable with active walks, keeping dogs safe, giving them attention, and adapting to each dog’s individual personality and needs. For me, walking a dog isn’t just about getting exercise. I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable, happy and cared for while they’re with me. 🐶❤️
