FAQ

Dog boarding in Rugby: common questions

How much is dog boarding in Rugby?

Boarding sitters in Rugby usually charge around £24 to £38 a night. Each sitter sets their own rate and you see it before you book. Petme adds a 0% booking fee, so that rate is the whole price.

Dog boarding or kennels in Rugby: what is the difference?

Home dog boarding means your dog stays in a Rugby sitter's own home rather than a kennel run. Ask about walks, sleeping arrangements and other pets when you message the sitter, and agree the routine before the stay.

Can I find a boarding sitter near Bilton, Rugby?

Yes. Search from Bilton to see the boarding sitters closest to that part of Rugby, including nearby areas such as New Bilton and Hillmorton. Message them to check they can reach your street before you book.

When should I book dog boarding in Rugby?

Book early for the school holidays in Rugby, when many owners travel at once. In England the longest break is late July to the end of August. Sitters set their own calendars, so check dates with the boarding sitter when you message them.

When do I get cashback on a booking?

Cashback is credited to your Petme balance once a stay is complete, capped at £20 per booking, and you can use it on a later booking. That is how each completed stay makes the next one cheaper. It is reversed if the booking is cancelled or refunded.

How are boarding sitters in Rugby vetted?

Every boarding sitter on Petme passes ID and background checks before their profile goes live. You can read reviews from past bookings and message the sitter before you book, and the Protection Plan can contribute up to £20,000 toward eligible vet costs.

What does Petme add to the price?

Petme charges owners a 0% booking fee. You pay the price the boarding sitter sets with nothing added at checkout, and you earn cashback on every completed booking toward a later one.
