Caring for your dog in Navan
Navan-specific tips every dog owner should know
River confluence
The Boyne and Blackwater meet at Navan. Both rivers can rise quickly after rain. Keep your dog on a lead near the riverbanks.
Farmland awareness
Navan is surrounded by rich farmland. Keep your dog on a lead near livestock fields, especially during spring.
Commuter-friendly care
Many Navan residents commute to Dublin. A regular Petme sitter can provide daily walks while you are at work.
Heritage sites
The Hill of Tara, Trim Castle, and Newgrange are nearby. Keep your dog on a lead at heritage sites and check individual access policies.
