FAQ

Common questions about cat sitting in Modena

How much does cat sitting cost in Modena?

Drop-in cat visits in Modena typically run €13 to €23 per visit. Most owners book one to two visits per day depending on the cat. Petme charges 0% owner commission, so the rate you agree with your sitter is the full price.

Is in-home cat sitting better than boarding in Modena?

For most cats, yes. Cats are deeply territorial and a strange environment can cause stress eating, litter avoidance, and hiding for days. Drop-in visits at your own home keep your cat in their own space, with their own bowls, scent, and routine.

Can Petme cat sitters administer medication?

Many Modena sitters list medication experience: daily pills, liquid, transdermal, and in some cases insulin injections. Filter by experience or confirm details during the meet-and-greet before booking.

What neighborhoods do Modena cat sitters cover?

Petme cat sitters live across Centro Storico, Sant'Agnese, San Faustino, Sacca, Crocetta, and the rest of Modena. Use the map filter in the app to find a sitter close to your address.

What does the 20.000€ Protection Plan cover during a visit?

Every Petme booking automatically includes up to 20.000€ through the Protection Plan. If your cat needs urgent care during a visit in Modena, eligible costs are covered. Full terms in the Petme app.
