Why book on Petme
What Firenze pet owners actually get
Cashback on every booking
A percentage of every booking returns to your Petme balance as cashback. Use it toward the next booking. The longer you use Petme, the more your effective per-booking cost drops.
Protection Plan up to 20.000€
The Petme Protection Plan can contribute up to 20.000€ toward eligible vet costs. If something happens during a walk, a sitting, or a boarding stay, the plan may contribute to eligible costs.
Verified sitters, no exceptions
Every sitter on Petme passes ID verification before listing. You see real reviews from real bookings, you meet the sitter for free before the first stay, and you message them directly through the app.
How it works
From "I need a sitter" to "she's booked"
Browse verified sitters
Filter by service (boarding, walking, cat sitting, drop-in visits, daycare, house sitting), neighborhood, price, and experience. See real photos, real reviews, and real availability.
Free meet-and-greet
Pick two or three sitters who look right and message them. Schedule a free 15 to 30 minute meet-and-greet with your top choice before any booking. No commitment until you click "book".
Book in-app
Confirm dates, service, and price. Pay through Petme (secured payment, refundable per the cancellation policy). Get photo updates throughout the booking and 24/7 support if anything comes up.
Cashback credited automatically
After every completed booking, cashback lands in your Petme balance. Apply it to the next reservation. Protection Plan is included automatically, no extra step.
