Day Five ⭐️ It's not getting any easier YET!! Someone told me to try the Sock thing & honestly can't comment if it helped or not 🤣 && apparently, well obviously I did the shoulder thing too fast yesterday... but if I don't go fast ⬆️ clearly I'm just not gonna do it 💀 I also warmed up far too fast yesterday (jumped straight in the shower) so walked around the garden a bit after tonight. It's weird you don't feel wet after even though you are - Not sure if that's just a me thing?
