this was actually the exact moment I decided to turn around. You can see Olive looking back, almost like she's looking at the camera..but once we got back to the log where my phone was, she hopped up on it and intently stared into the forest. She didn't want to move until she realized we were heading back the way we came. I'd put all of my money on a cougar in the trees. I'm so proud of how comfortable she is in the woods though 🩷 I clocked 10 miles, so Olive probably did 20 🙃 she wanted to go for a run when we got home too..my little mile monster 🥹
