I got off Xanax. I started healing. I gave myself permission to follow what lights me up again—dogs, connection, creating something real. Now I’m building a podcast I love, a brand I believe in, and hopefully… an RV life that brings it all on the road with me. This version of happiness didn’t come easy. But damn, it feels honest.
