Caring and active dog sitter who missed her pups!

I grew up surrounded by animals, we had up to three dogs at a time, as well as goats and chickens. Taking care of them was part of my daily life from a very young age, feeding, walking, playing. Some of my dogs were ill at points, so I also have experience with medication administration and following up with vets on their care. During my studies in Montréal I also dog sat an adorable and super energetic Labrador called Lou. Since moving for work, not having animals around has been the hardest part, so pet sitting is my way of getting that back. I’m currently looking after Nemu, a Shiba Inu with injured legs, so I’ve gotten used to adapting walks and play to her needs, keeping things gentle and going at her pace. It’s taught me a lot about reading an animal’s comfort level and adjusting accordingly. Every animal I look after gets treated like my own.
