Hi! My names Melissa- I’m a dependable and caring animal lover who has taken care of animals my entire life and understands how important they are as members of the family. During my undergraduate studies, I fostered dogs for a semester, which gave me hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, needs, and routines, offering them a loving and caring environment before adoption. I have experience and am comfortable with dogs of all ages (puppies to seniors). I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal! I have experience administering medications such as oral, topical, and inhalers. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits to ensure your pets receive the exercise, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, or simply providing companionship, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels safe and cared for. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and patient, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and respect I would my own. I am currently working part-time and taking an online summer class as a graduate student, so I will have some free time to stop in to check on your loved ones and take them for some needed walks! I am flexible to accept last-minute bookings as well. When in your home, I would love to take your pets for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable!
