A local edge

Local know-how pays off in Köln

Cologne runs on its Veedel (neighborhoods), and so does cat sitting here: owners want someone from their own quarter to trust with keys and cat. Cover your Veedel and you build regulars fast.

When demand peaks

Summer holidays, Christmas and public-holiday bridges are the strongest windows, with travelling owners booking short visits through the year.

Know your Köln areas

Most cat bookings cluster in Ehrenfeld, Sülz and Nippes. Owners book the sitter who can reach them quickly for a daily visit, so the areas you list matter more than the distance you are willing to travel.

Can I set my own visit schedule in Köln?

Where is cat sitting demand strongest in Köln?

Which weeks book out first for cat sitting in Köln?
The weeks owners travel: the Sommerferien and the run from Weihnachten to Neujahr, then the shorter Osterferien and Herbstferien. Because the summer holidays are staggered by Bundesland, the busy stretch in Köln starts and ends on its own state's calendar rather than a national one, so check yours and open those dates early. On a winter visit, confirm the heating is still on and the home has not gone cold before you leave.
