Caring for your dog in Ruse

Ruse-specific tips every dog owner should know

Danube Safety

The Danube has strong currents. Keep dogs on leads near the riverbank and never let them swim unsupervised in the river.

Cold Winters

Ruse winters can be harsh with freezing winds from the Danube plain. Ensure sitters have warm gear for small and short-haired breeds.

Elegant Streets

Ruse has beautiful but busy central boulevards. Keep dogs on leads in the city centre and use parks for off-lead time.
