Caring for your dog in Cheltenham
Cheltenham-specific tips every dog owner should know
Cotswold Way livestock
The Cotswold Way and hilltop paths have grazing sheep in many areas. Keep your dog on a lead near livestock throughout the year.
Exposed hilltop walks
Leckhampton Hill and Cleeve Hill are exposed to wind. Bring a coat for your dog on winter walks along the ridge.
Festival traffic
Cheltenham hosts major festivals throughout the year. Stick to parks and quieter routes when the town centre is busiest.
Regency park community
Pittville Park has an active dog-walking community. Morning walks are a great way to socialise your dog with other local dogs.
